1.Vatta

There can also exist a combination skin, which can be Vata-Pitta, Kapha-Pitta or Vata-Kapha skin.

Vata Pita skin is both dry and sensitive. Kapha Pita skin, on the other hand, is oily and delicate, and Vata-Kapha skin is dry with some oily zones.

It is better for them to stay away from harsh, synthetic cosmetics as they can damage the sensitive skin and cause breakouts.

Kapha Skin Care:
