This is the most important thing while performing yoga. The posture of that particular asana should be perfect or at least nearby as a different posture might not serve the purpose of that asana and give you a muscle sprain or some severe disorder.
Same goes for the breathing pattern. It is the second important thing of yoga. Breathing pattern should be followed strictly as it may cause serious injuries if done incorrectly.
3. Place
Yoga should always be done in a well-lit and well-ventilated room which has fresh air supplies or outside the house, in some park on the green grass. Do not practice in direct sunlight and in the presence of cold air.
