Studying is a very controversial topic for youngsters, and I am sure most of you are aware of the reason. Very rarely you meet people who will say “I love studying.”

But studying is essential for you as much as drinking water is. This is because in a world like this, to survive you have to have the power of knowledge. The power of knowledge comes from education.

Many people have an issue getting up early in the morning to study, and some people like the late night period, as they feel it helps them to think clearer. So there is this dilemma among youngsters

Before this puzzle is solved, let us see the respective benefits of studying in the morning as well as night.

Benefits of Studying in the Morning:

  1. After a good night’s sleep, you will have more energy because of all the good night’s rest.
  2. Society is structured around being active during the day and sleeping at night, so when you stick to this routine you can go to libraries and access other benefits easily.
  3. Most people are contactable during the day, so it’s easier to communicate with your friends or teachers during the day if you have any queries.
  4. Natural light is better for your eyes. Artificial light hurts our eyes and can affect our natural sleep rhythm.

Benefits of Studying at Night:

  1. People are more active and perform a lot of disturbing tasks during the day. At night, it’s only you and the night owls who don’t make much noise so you can study peacefully.
  2. If you’re lucky enough to live nearby a library that runs late in the night you can go there to study because very few people who risk their sleep for studying.
  3. At night, there are fewer distractions than during the day because most of your friends are asleep, and nothing happening goes on to your favorite social networking sites.
  4. It is true that things look different by night. Books might look simpler as night is a time of danger and our brain becomes very cautious so you can grasp hard concepts easily.

The Best Time to Study:

Studying time is based on the fact of your adaptation. If you are a night person, you can study better at night, but if you are a morning person, then you study in the morning.

According to our biological clock, the best time to study is in the morning. This is because the hormones responsible for concentration mainly aldosterone is at its peak in the morning, and that is a study done in the morning hours of 4-6 am are very effective and will stay in your brain for a longer time.

But due to our lifestyle the biological clock has been disrupted in various person and that is why it solely depends on the person when he/she should study.

So the conclusion is that study according to your wish, let it be night or morning you should be able to concentrate and do it wisely.

But always remember early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise!
