So, it makes you eat less.

So, in this way chilli peppers are helpful for controlling obesity. However, this can’t be done by chilli peppers alone.

You need to take care of others measures as well with this but eating these peppers are helpful for controlling obesity which is a common problem for an Indian or you can say especially Indian businessmen and their families.

1.Stuffed Roasted Bell Peppers

In this, you can take the bell peppers, cut their top, fill it with the mix of various veg like onions, chili peppers, black beans, etc. cover them with top and fry and then eat them.

2.Cucumber Chile Lime Taco Salad

Slice cucumbers in a bowl, add spices, chili peppers, and lemon juice. Cook in a pan with onions and tomatoes and then serve it over turkey meat.
