Ingredients
- Tulsi leaves: 1/4 cup
- Tender barks : 3 Tsp
- Clove: 1
- Pepper (optional) – 1
- Cumin seeds(jeera): 1/4 tbsp
- Water – 4 cups
- Honey: 2 Tsp
- Lemon (optional) – 1/2 Tsp
Procedure
- Warm clove, jeera, and pepper on a hot pan. Powder these with the help of mortar and pestle.
- Finely chop tulsi leaves and mix them in the above mixture till the mixture becomes coarse.
- Boil four cups of water and add this mixture to it. Allow it to boil till it reduces to one cup.
