a.Snehapana:
In this some medicated oil, ghee is consumed orally. They are prepared in specific doses and thus are called Snehapana. It is effective to heal the muscle trauma, pain, and rejenuvate the tissues, bones, and the joints.The common medicines to treat this condition are Rasandi Ghirtam, Guggulutiktaka Ghritam.
b.Virechana:

How To Diagnose Coccydynia Pain
Coccydynia pain is generally diagnosed by obtaining a full medical history and a complete physical examination. With these two processes, the pain is easy to diagnose and start the medical treatment. However, in some rare cases, a few diagnostic test and injections are used for complete diagnosis and treatment.
Initial Diagnosis
At first, the medical history is obtained. It includes information about the symptoms, daily routine, and the time period of symptoms. The patient would also be asked for any injury, exercises, and eating habits. The patients BMI is also calculated.
Next, comes the physical examination. A doctor touches the coccyx region to look for local tenderness and swelling. Palpitation is also checked to identify the cysts, tumors, or coccygeal spicules. Coccygeal discogram:

CT or MRI scan:
