A night sweat is a type of sweating in which a person sweats throughout the night.Maybe he or she will not perspire in the day time but at night, they perspire more.

If a person is taking alcohol on a daily basis, he will be weak and will face the night sweat problem. Alcohol will be beneficial if your intake is not that much. 3. Adrenal Fatigue
