2. Injury
Pain can also be the result of damage caused by a hit in the stomach.
3. Cancer
Metastatic cancer is another main reason for the pain in the solar plexus. Metastatic tumors in the solar plexus can proliferate from one organ to another within the network.
How To Manage The Pain Of The Solar Plexus?
Managing pain that occurs in the solar plexus is tough because this pain can be due to many probable reasons. Any pain of any bodily organ may, in fact, be related to the solar plexus.
For example, something that appears to be just a cramp in the abdomen could be more complicated to treat if the solar plexus is involved.

- Deep Breathing: Breath quickly while lying on the back.
- Shallow and rapid breathing: Shallow and rapid breathing should be done for five minutes as if a dog is panting. It can have a calming effect on the nervous system.
- Letting out bottled-up stress by shouting out loudly, while placing your hands on the plexus, may also prove helpful.
- Sit comfortably without providing any support to your spine. Close your eyes and then imagine an invisible string pulling your spine in upward direction helping the constriction of your upper abdomen to open up.
Now, think that some energy is flowing from the ground up through your legs then up the spine and out through the top of your head. Then imagine this energy being condensed in your solar plexus area.
Permit it to build up into a glowing ball, just like an inner sun. Feel the light and warmth of this energy ball. Feel it dilating from your very interior, out past your physical body and out into the universe. This energy is the ENERGY OF LOVE (including self-love).
