Precautions While Using Essential Oils During Pregnancy

1. Nutmeg Oil
It has hallucinogenic effects on the mothers. Also, it may react with pain-relieving drugs during labor. Also, it may result in prolonged sleep and visual impairment.
2. Rosemary Oil
This oil can cause vomiting and spasms due to its volatile nature. It is known to increase blood pressure and increase contractions. Also, rosemary oil can cause allergic reactions.
3. Basil Oil

4. Jasmine And Clary Sage
