Treatment For Stress Rashes
Stress rashes or hives are most likely to disappear with time or with mild or moderate treatment.

Home Remedies For Stress Rash
1. Cold Compress
Take some ice cube and wrap them in a cotton cloth to make a compress. Place it over the affected skin area. Repeat this process 3-4 times a day. Else, to soothe the itching take a cool bath preferably the water should not be too cold.
2. Oatmeal Bath
Mix one cup of baking soda with two cups of oatmeal and add this mixture to a bathtub filled with lukewarm water. Soak yourself in it for 15-20 minutes.
3. Vinegar
Make a mixture of apple cider vinegar and water in equal amount and apply it on the affected skin with the help of a cotton ball.
4. Aloe Vera
Apply Aloe vera gel to the affected skin area and rinse it off with normal water after 15 minutes. Repeat this as many times as you want.
5. Baking Soda
Take 3-4 teaspoons of baking soda in a bowl and add enough water to make a thick paste. Apply this paste to the affected area. Alternatively, add a half cup of baking soda to a bathtub filled with lukewarm water and soak in it for 20 minutes.
6. Turmeric
Take a glass of hot milk and add one teaspoon of turmeric. Stir it well and drink it twice daily.
7. Nettle
Take a cup of hot water and add one teaspoon of dried leave of nettle to it. Cover it and steep for 10-12 minutes, strain the liquid and add a little honey to it. Drink this two or three times a day.
8. Calamine Lotion
When itching increases in the affected skin area apply calamine lotion again and again.
9. Basil
Take one teaspoon of basil leaves and put in a jar of cold water. Cover the jar. After 10 minutes, apply this basil water to the affected skin.
10. Mint
Boil mint leaves in water. Let it cool and wash the affected area with this water.
11. Breathing Exercise
Perform breathing exercise as it helps you to relax and takes off your mind from the itching.
Tips To Reduce Stress From Your Body
