How To Make Soursop Juice/Soursop Drink

First of all, buy soursop fruit that is ripe. You can check this by pressing down the fruit(if it easily presses that means the fruit is ripe).
Nevertheless, if you can’t find a ripe fruit buy the unripe one with yellow-green skin. Keep the unripe fruit for a few days outside to ripen it.
Next, take one soursop fruit, wash it to remove all the dirt from the grooves. Peel the skin and de-seed the fruit.
Further, squeeze out the flesh of the fruit in a large bowl. Prefer taking a large bowl as the fruit is ripe and oozes out juice even with a small press.
In a blender add the flesh collected, add 1/2 of milk, and 1 cup of water. Blend it for good 2-3 minutes until you get a shake like consistency.
Pour it in a glass and if you wish to add a few ice cubes and a pinch of honey for the extra taste.
2. Soursop Juice
This is for someone who does not like the milky taste and is more inclined towards fresh juices.
The first step is to buy a moderately ripe soursop, although you can make the soursop juice with the unripe one also. A ripe fruit juice would anytime taste better. Select the fruit as per availability.
Wash the fruit thoroughly. Peel the skin out and de-seed the fruit. Cut the fruit into small pieces.In a blender add the chopped pieces and a glass of water. Blend it for 2-3 minutes.
Take a strainer and strain the juice. Pour it in a glass and you are good to go. If you wish you can add a pinch of black salt and few ice cubes for added taste.
Dosage Of Soursop Juice/Soursop Drink
Both the recipes mentioned above are equally good. They both give the same health benefits of soursop(Guanabana) the only difference is in taste and preparation.
