Morning: Too profound to absorb.

  • Milk encloses the elements like amino acid and tryptophan which will boost the level of sleep hormone “melatonin” in the human body which in turn will ease the sleeping progression.
  • As we know milk contains a high amount of calcium in it, so consuming milk during the night will make the absorption of calcium into the bones easy as there will be less number of physical activities going on.
  • Proteins here may be valuable for those wearisome to gain inclined muscle mass.

Few Drawbacks

As everything has a good and bad side, so for the safer side, keep the following aspects in wits while consumption of the milk:

  • Individuals anguishing from the unmarked fever, frail digestion, skin circumstances, cough, loose bowel actions and the intestinal worms should evade drinking milk.
  • Always consume the lukewarm milk, as it is easier to absorb.
  • See to it that you have a habit of drinking the milk discretely and not while consuming the meal as it becomes difficult to digest.
  • Do not gulp the cold, homogenized milk or collective with any other foodstuff as it can cause harm to an individual’s health.
  • People who are bigoted to lactose shall evade drinking milk.

  • Though milk seems to be heavy for digestion during the morning time, still the process gets boosted due the sun’s heat so one can prefer consuming milk during the daytime.
  • Do not immediately rush towards the bed at night after drinking the milk; make sure there should be at least 3 hours of gap between the consumption of milk and dosing time.
  • Never gulp the boiling milk at night as it might lead to the night time contamination.
