1. BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo)

This is a disorder wherein tiny calcium particles get stuck in the canals of the inner ear. This disrupts the flow of signal (related to gravity) from the inner ear to brain, which causes imbalance.

2. Meniere’s Disease

This is an inner ear disease due to change in pressure in the ear.

3. Frequent Working On Computer

The posture while you work on a computer adversely affects the body. It is found that this is one of the causes of vertigo.

1. Peppermint Oil
