2. Hot Water
If you are stressed and it is the reason for your headache, then all you do is put a hot pack on the back of the neck and see the magic! The heat relaxes the tensed muscles and gives you relief.
How To Use
Place a hot water bag on the back off the neck. You may also take a hot shower directly on the back of your neck. This gives immense relief.
Immerse your hands in bearable hot water for 10-15 minutes to improve blood circulation and get relaxed.
