How To Use Grapeseed Oil On Hair

One interesting feature about the grapeseed oil is that it is odorless and very gentle which would not hinder your hair color.

And it takes a lot of time for this oil to take effect on your hair but when applied regularly can make a drastic change towards your hair growth. So, patience is highly required if you are going to use grapeseed oil regularly.

Though grapeseed oil could be applied to your hair directly it can be formed into a mixture with a variety of other essential oils. If you have decided to make a mixture, then make sure to add only one or two drops of those other oils to the grapeseed oil. For example, you could add a drop or two of lavender oil to the grapeseed oil in a bowl and make a mixture.

So, now as your mixture is ready you will have to heat it. Heat this mixture just to an extent until the oil is warm. Make sure you don’t heat it up too much.

Allow the mixture to cool, to be applied to your hair. If the mixture is too hot it could cause burns to your scalp. While the oil is getting warm you can wash your hair. For washing your hair, you can use any products which you are using regularly.

Now, that your hair is washed and the mixture is warm the next step is applying that mixture on your hair. While applying make sure the oil reaches the scalp. Give a gentle massage over your scalp while applying the oil. This would allow the mixture to spread evenly across your hair.

Thereafter, its the time for the hair and scalp to absorb the oil. This is where the hair gets most of the benefit. Allow 20 minutes for your skin to absorb the oil. After 20 minutes, rinse your hair with either warm or cold water based on your choosing.

This amazing and beneficial grapeseed oil has much more benefits apart from the benefit for your hair.
