1. Inhale Steam – Hot!
One of the most famous and best way to get rid of stuffy nose. All the ingredients are easily available at home.
Ingredients:
- Carom seeds (Ajwain)
- Boiling water
Procedure:
- Boil the water.
- Add 1 tablespoon of crushed carom seeds in a cup of boiling water.
- Inhale the steam.
- You must keep your head at some distance from the cup containing the mixture.
- Some drops of peppermint oil or some Vicks VapoRub can also be added to the mixture.
- Repeat the procedure 2 to 3 times a day.
Note: Don’t try this if you are a pregnant woman or a young child. Try something else you have a lot more option.

- Make slices of ginger.
- Boil ginger in the saucepan for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Soak a washcloth with this boiled mixture.

- It must not be too hot to burn your skin.
- While doing this make sure that your head is elevated.
3. Basil leaves

- Add 1 teaspoon of salt to it.

7. Antiseptic Herbs

- Peppermint dried – 3 teaspoons
- Thyme dried – 3 teaspoons
- Boiling water

- Take some boiling water in a bowl.
- Add 3 teaspoons of dried peppermint and 3 teaspoons of dried thyme.
- Cover your head with a towel and try to breathe under the towel with the bowl containing mixture at a distance of 8 to 10 inches.
- Do this for 10 minutes.

8. Hot Soup

- Vegetable soup or lentil soup or chicken soup

- Consume hot soup two to three times daily.

- Tomato juice
- Cleaved garlic
- Pinch of salt
Procedure:
- Take a glass of tomato juice and add garlic and pinch of salt to it.
- Blend the mixings well and keep it in the microwave oven for some time.

Note: lemon juice can also be added to the mixture to make it more effective.
14. Fenugreek Seeds

- Eucalyptus oil
